I was going to write about something a bit negative I had in mind. As it’s been quite a nice day so far though I’m going to focus on that.

I went to the local produce market that’s on every month. Nice outdoor market along the seafront in Mumbles, Swansea. Picked up a few nice things: cupcakes (which are ridiculously tasty), red onion and garlic quiche, home made potato salad, cheese and herb bread and finally, a Nutella and marshmallow crepe for breakfast! Nice to have a wander around chatting to the ever friendly sellers.

After that we popped over to the nearby car boot sale. For once it wasn’t a complete waste of time. I picked up Super Mario 64, Goldeneye and Zelda: Ocarina of Time for £1.20! I’ve played all three to death previously but for that price it was daft not to really.

Plus I picked up Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, Soul Reaver 2 and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for £5. The first two games look spotless and clearly well looked after. GTA: San Andreas isn’t so well looked after but I’ll put the disc through the cleaning machine at work and it should be fine then.

Not bad spoils at all really.

I’ve been home a couple of hours and only recently turned the PC on. Nice to step away from it considering I spend much of Monday-Friday tethered to it. After I finish writing this I doubt I’ll be on it much. I feel more in the mood for reading while I watch the football and not being lured into getting on with some work. There is of course work to be done so I’ll probably have to succumb sometime tonight (after the England game though!) but for now I’ll be enjoying having a good relax.

Now to cross my fingers that England wins!
