Blog a Day 147of365: Pure and Utter Filler

Aargh 11.50pm and I’ve only just got home. Must write One A Day!

Yes that’s about all going through my head so this is going to be a quick one.

I’m knackered you see. Went out to visit some family friends and ended up eating there. Was only going to be a couple of hours but it was good fun so stayed longer. It was nice to be in the company of a busy family bustling around like families do.

No idea what to write about now really. Erm…Oh yeah.

I felt rather awkward even though it was entirely fine. You see I’m a picky meat eater. As in I don’t eat beef, especially not mince. Not really helped by the fact that my body doesn’t really agree with red meat of any sort. The friends made a delicious looking lasagne which was no good for me of course. I politely explained and they very kindly provided me with cheese, salad and garlic bread, as well as an offer of chicken if I so wished.

I still felt guilty though as it seemed mean when they’d gone to the effort of making a lasagne for everyone! At least there were plenty of other people to eat it.

Hmm 11.54pm. Must write faster. Oh this is going to be a definite filler entry indeed. At least previous entries this week haven’t been bad at all.

Tomorrow I’m mostly going to be writing a couple of articles and playing Red Dead Redemption I think. Sounds like a good plan for a Friday. Might try to get up a bit earlier too. My sleeping pattern has truly gone to pot yet again, ugh.

Oh sod it, this is long enough isn’t it?

Right, sorry people for the crappy entry! Completely bad planning on my part as I spent the day shopping, gardening and writing. By the time I had a chance to do anything like this I only had 15 minutes before I had to go out and figured I had time.

Right, 11.56pm. Go, go publish button!!

Lovely stream-of-consciousness. I can practically hear your brain dribbling out of your ears as your fingers fly across the keys. 🙂

What Pete said! Mmm… dribbly brain…

Hey, you should’ve seen me the last time I stayed with my parents! By the end of the week it was getting awkward beyond words… I don’t cope well at all with fats and sugars, and they don’t seem capable of cooking with anything but!

At least your friends know for next time eh? Really glad it was such a nice evening!
